President & CEO
John Stewart is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Drake & Madison Consulting Corporation. He is responsible for managing all of the services provided by company, including developing and nurturing positive client relationships.
Mr. Stewart's experience and education provide the energy necessary to create an organization that offers a spectrum of services that cover both project type and magnitude.
Mr. Stewart's Architectural background allows him to interact and communicate with architects and engineers equally. It also allows him to interpret the vision, conceptual goals, and needs of each client.
The types of projects completed include new ground up construction, renovations, and site and structural re-tasking. These projects vary in value from under a million dollars to tens of millions. They range in type from single and multi-family residential, aviation, commercial, retail, industrial, medical, government, education, and heavy highway.
Mr. Stewart is active in his local community. He has been the President of it's Home Owners Association. He has been instrumental in the conception and execution of several projects that have renovated the common areas of the community. His contribution has helped to increase property values and the quality of life within the community.
Mr. Stewart strives to create and participate in projects that have a high level of sustainability, have minimal impact on the environment, and create opportunities for local residents of the surrounding communities.
Mr. Stewart's vision and desire is to develop projects, and work with like minded individuals who will re-imagine the urban fabric of the communities in which we live.
Mr. Stewart's formal education includes a BA Architecture, from the
University of Illinois.
